Olive oil. Heat it up a little, people say to not do it in the microwave but I do haha and put it on the bottom half of your hair and unless you are willing to really work to get it out, avoid your scalp. It makes my hair feel really nice :) you can do it all the time too.

In addition to deep conditioning treatment, use Joico's KPAK restorative shampoo/conditioner. It works wonders!

Don't know your hair type or if you chemically treat hair. If you have thin hair these products will be too thick for it.
