I have bumps on my head, they itch and I'm pretty sure it's not acne because whenever I scratch it, there's a lot of little dandruff balls (disgusting I know) does anyone know what's going on?

Dry scalp maybe. Try some head and shoulders, maybe?

It could be 2 things I guess from all I know a girl I know had them and she had lice (I don't really remember the name but the little bugs) OR dryness that would happen to my sister and using a dandruff shampoo eventually it went away it caused her itchy and it would get really red hope I helped.

That happened to me last summer. It was horrible. I hated it.
Anyways to clear it, I used Head & Shoulders
and girl, trust me, that thing works good! It went a way in about 2-3 weeks. Or maybe even less than that. So Head & Shoulders I think you should get that.

It could be a sunburnt scalp. Are there any scabs? Because the sunburn can sometimes be itchy and looks like dandruff when scratched.

Go to the doctors!! I have them now!! And head and shoulders did not help at all as my hair is very thick and curly. My doctor prescribed me with a scalp treatment and It worked on the first day!! If you can't get that, I advise you look into T-gel. It smells but it helps! Xxxxxx
