I used the NYX jumbo eye pencil in Cottage Cheese, it's white with shimmer to it. :) Milk is great, as well.

I agree NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk works really nice! For darker skin tones I'm not a fan of white eye pencil, I think nude tones suit better, they're not that bright but still open up your eyes :)

NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk is great, but if you're putting it on your waterline I find it to be way too big. I mostly just use it for my inner corners. For my waterline, I use Rimmel's Soft Kohl pencil in white. :-) Both are super cheap!

def NYX jumbo pencil in Milk is the best... most creamiest and rich in pigment. You can actually apply with an angle liner by swiping it on top of the pencil and applying on your eyes/waterline/etc. :)

I agree with Melanie G., I've used Rimmel's Soft Eye Kohl for my waterline and it's fantastic. It's very inexpensive and it stays put pretty well.

Milk is really an amazing product. The pencil is pretty chubby, so putting it inside the eye isn't the easiest, but once it's on the waterline it's the most dramatic white I"ve found.
I'm really not down with stark white inside the eye unless it's a costume or more editorial look. A shade a few shades lighter than your skintone is always going to be more flattering. If you must go light light light inside the eye, a pale yellow will actually look better than white. ---sorry for the off-topic rant.

I third on the Rimmel Soft Eye Kohl. I have been using it for over a year now and I love it. I think it retails for 2-3 dollars at Target.

Good call, Andrew.. I "smushed" my Milk eyeliner on my waterline today- UGH! It's a great product but you definitely have to use a light hand lol!
