Hey Guys! So I really wanted to share this awesome tip with you guys because whenever I do it I get lots of compliments on it. Whenver I wear eyeshadow, that I think needs a little added something I take my NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in MILK and first highlight my inner corner. Then (this is the secret) I take Jesse's Girl Loose Pigment in Starshine (an ultra shimmery white color) and using a pencil brush place this on top of the MILK Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil. This draws the attention immediatly into your eyes. The Starshine pigment is seriously my best kept secret. It looks great on EVERY skin tone and really pulls any dull look together and makes those beautiful eye POP.

What does foiling your eyeshadow mean?

Foiling is just basically mixing your eye shadow with a liquid ex water, visine , etc to bring out the color of your eye shadow especially if it has a metallic finish .
