Hello, I've watched tons of videos and read many articles and I still cannot seem to apply false eyelashes! :( I am no make up artist but I love love love false eyelashes. Can some one help?

It really just takes practice. Are you using your fingers? I recently discovered these: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P265713
I always find that my fingers can get in the way of the mirror and the lashes are too curved for my eyes. The applicator helps me to apply the lashes closer to my lashes and I can control how curved the lashes are.

I have been using my fingers. I will try it out thanks! What glue would you recommend?

I use Duo, but I'm about to try a Japanese lash adhesive from Daiso that I've heard good things about (from Jazziebabycakes).

Make sure your glue is tacky, I love duo glue, grab your lashes with your tweezers, look down a bit and apply those bad boys...yes practice helps a lot!

Definitely practise a lot! Also, make sure you trim the lashes to fit your eye shape. Most of them tend to be a tad too long, so if it doesn't fit your lash line, you'll have problems trying to get it to stick.
I tend to pop mine on before applying glue just to get a good idea on where it fits. After dabbing on the adhesive, I start applying from the outer edge, and then slowly push them all the way in to the inner corner.
I've read advice where they tell you to stick it in the middle of your lid first, then slowly tuck the other two ends along the lash line. Perhaps you could experiment with both ways and see which works better for you?
Good luck! :)
