Do you use an actual primer?

since you say your face is a little oily, try an oil control moisturizer. MAC has an awesome oil control moisturizer that you can use right after you wash your face. after using that, use a really good face primer. by using a face primer, it allows your foundation and makeup to really adhere to your skin and last a lot longer.

Hm, that's tricky - what about the actual foundation you're wearing? I have ridiculously oily skin & find that the only thing that will ever work on my skin are foundations that are specifically made to be long lasting.
Also, have you tried a silica powder? Silica powders are great to layer over your finished face. MUFE HD Powder is a good one - ELF's HD Powder is also a silica powder. ELF's also has Dimethicone which is a main ingredient in most primers, it will definitely help your makeup last longer.
Are you using a silicone based primer? Those are best to oily skin.

Use a primer! Us oily gals need it.
Find one that's oil-free and, yes, silicone-based. Smashbox Photofinish Light is a pretty good one. I've also read great things about Laura Mercier's oil-free foundation primer (which I want to try for myself, actually!).
I should also point out that Fix+ isn't really a setting spray; it's a refresher spray.

it's probably your foundation &/or powder. Primers/setters can only do so much.
