Sephora Collection 'Tricks of the Trade' Eye primer!! Not only does it not crease, but it also has more coverage to it than UD and Too Faced which allows your eyeshadow color to show up better.
AND it's only $3 :D

I agree on the $1 elf primer - i LOVE it. L'oreal decrease makes a good one. I also LOVE the NYX hd primer - I think it runs about 7 bucks. I use NYX as a replacement for UDPP when I run out. Also, the palladio primer rocks. can you tell I like budget friendly primers? :-)
