Hey everyone, I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with icing cosmetics? I went shopping today and noticed that they had an eye shadow palette for 20 dollars, I know that is more expensive then Elfs and around the same as coastal and BH, but I don't like to shop online, in fact I hate shopping online. I have been looking everywhere in store for a palette. So I checked out the sample and the colors were surprisingly really good! :) I really like this palette! I want to let everyone know this because if you are like me and want to find one in stores this is an AMAZING find! :)

If you don't believe me I just did a post with some swatches. You can see them here:

Let me know if you have tried these products! :)

I have never tried any products from Icing. I always see them whenever I go into that store, but it has never even crossed my mind to try them out. I'm going to have to though, because those swatches look amazing!

My nieces wear iceing when there playing dress up. But other than that I know its sold at Claire's. The swatches look good though.

I have a palette from them! The one with 72 colors? Yes. It was originally 20 bucks, but I got it for 5 bucks on sale :] Most of the colors are really nice and they're all shimmery with the exception of the black. I love it! Also, the pan sizes are really big, as opposed to coastal scents. I haven't tried the ELF one yet though. But overall, all the colors in the Icing palette are really pigmented, buttery and nice! :]

Andrea, I was really surprised that they were as good as they are!

Keshonta, I think that one's at claires are a little different then icing, because Claires is aimed at younger kids and Icing is geared at teens and young adults.

Vanessa, You should try them! :)

Abbie, they are really good right? Surprisingly good?

Yeah me too, I go for neutrals or dark eyes, I don't do color either. I just like to play around with it while I am home, I like to do EOTD's with the colors! :)

Oh this brought me back to my middle school days. I would buy so much lip gloss from them it was insane.

Hah. Yeah I felt like a little kid when I bought this, but It's not my fault that nobody else wants to sell huge palettes like these in store! I don't shop online unless I HAVE to. This was my only option and thankfully they are great quality! :)

I kind of want to buy this just to have it. It looks fun to have! Pigmentation looks surprisingly good!

Yeah, I feel like people are blowing this post off because it is Icing, you know? Like honestly when I walked into icing, I was just going to buy some feather clip ins, and I saw the eyeshadow palettes. I was like hah, let's see if these are any good and I asked the sales associate if I could see the sample, because I didn't think they would be good at all. I ended up trying some of the colors on my arm and was baffled. I couldn't believe that I was missing out on them. Believe me though I get it, some girls won't want to buy it because it is Icing, but they really are good. I had a black spot on my arm all night into the next day because I tried the black shadow on my arm! lmbo. It didn't want to come off! :)

I also watched a youtube video on the Elf palette, and the black was very dissapointing, the black on this palette is freaken DARK! :)

I have only bought a cream shadow from them and it was a complete waste of money! It was the worst eyeshadow I have ever tried.....their powder shadows I do not know though I haven't had the motivation to try them after that.

Yeah, that is understandable! I have only tried their powder shadows and they work great, I won't bother with the cream shadows now! :)
