A cousin of mine was sorta talked into buying their products. I'm not sure if she really really likes it, she doesn't talk about it much (she's in school in USC, while we live in Hawaii).

Croc is a really good line too. Although, the only authorized online seller is www.folica.com (Croc's warranty is valid if purchased online from Folica ONLY)... places like Amazon has them for cheap. The warranty most of the time covers "manufacture's defects" so IMHO it doesn't matter if you have a warranty or not (majority of the time when a flat iron breaks it's because of the user's fault).

I am sure they work fine, but you can get just as good of an Iron with a Chi iron! I love my chi!

I did. Personally, they were a bit more expensive than say, GHD or Chi, but I fell for the trap. Not to say the brand wasn't great, I still use the iron today! Just do some research and figure out how much you're willing to spend for a good flat iron.

thank you all for letting me know i will admit they can really sell a product but i wont buy it untill i do my research

I've heard quite good things about the Jose' Eber line; he's an industry genius, and very well respected.

Personally, I think CHI is overrated. They break easily, don't have a very good recall time and are expensive for what they are.

When I flatiron, I use either a 1" HAI Convertible, or a 1.5" iCreate Magic. I've had them both for about 4 years, and they've never failed me. Both have a temp gauge too. I want to say that the HAI was around $150, and the iCreate was around $225. Worth every penny.

Really Kim? I've had my CHI for almost 5 years... maybe longer! It still works like the day I got it... I've never had one problem with it, I have the original one from when they first started coming out with them, but I know the ones now have wiring problems and don't last as long... but I love my CHI more then anything.. I think I might just cry the day that it dies on me! LOL
