Could anyone please tell me what is a good facial wash?

Thanks,
Jackie

Anything that is very gentle is best! Try Olay Gentle Foaming Face Wash or the CeraVe cleanser. I've tried both and they're both great :-)

First thing you need to determine is what is your skin type. Every wash does not work for every person. Once you have decided that then you can see what there is out there that will work for your skin. I have very sensitive skin, and can not use a lot of product so I have had core ones to include clinique, philosophy and now my own brand. Make sure that regardless you get a product that is not going to dry your skin out, and it is not too strong ad causes break-outs. Go for a wash that does not produce tons of suds ( some of the ingredients that are used to give you that great lather will do nothing but dry you out) Go for un scented that is another thing that the skin on your face does not need, and lastly make sure that you accept the fact that depending on the product that you choose you may have to change your regime up with the changing seasons. Hope this helps, if there is any way I can help let me know.

i'm enjoying l'oreal go 360 clean deep facial cleanser. doesn't dry out my skin, but leaves a clean feeling. i like using the scubbie it comes with, with other facial cleaners as well. plus they have one for sensitive skin, anti-breakout, deep exfoliating, so there's tons of options depending on your skin type. (:

I totally agree with Melanie G! Doesn't matter what type of skin you have, the first thing is to have a very gentle cleanser. Cleansers don't stay on your face too long anyway, so you don't need too many bells and whistles. For a drugstore brand, I'd suggest Cetaphil or Aveeno. I also have my own skincare line with a very gentle cleanser, just let me know if you'd like samples! :)

I've only tried this a few times, but when I was using it I really liked CLEAN & CLEAR Foaming Facial Cleanser - It has triclosan (0.25%) which is just an anti-bacterial ingredient. It's great for getting makeup off! :D

St Ive's has never let me down. I used the Apricot scrub and face cleanser but I've tried the green tea one before as well. I'm not sure which one I prefer since I've always stuck with apricot but I've heard phenomenal things about the green tea face cleanser and scrub as well :)

I can't stand any of the Cetaphil creams but I really like their face wash. It's cheap and it feels like it deep cleans without leaving a residue behind.

Thee best Facial Wash for me believe or not is a drug store brand (considering I was searching high and low for a good wash for acne prone sensitive skin)...

CeraVe!!

If you have normal to dry skin you can get their Hydrating Facial wash. This doesn't sud up, but it does clean your skin. Then if you have normal to oily skin you can get their Foaming Facial wash. This works really great! Good for sensitive skin, and leaves your face soft!

(The ingredients in the CeraVe line is awesome too -- Ceramides, which regenerates your skin cells -- something that is found in pretty much all high end produts. But CeraVe is fraction of the cost and works just the same!!!)

I love Burt's Bees Radiance cleanser -It removes makeup easily and leaves your skin feeling so soft.
