Hi, I have one of those tiny white bumps from time to time and when I went to my dermatologist last week she said that it could either be milia or syringoma.. milia can be removed by facial but syringoma can be removed by laser which is quite expensive. however, both are caused by unhealthy eating habits. she told me to avoid eating fatty and oily foods.
