I do the waxing myself.. I know, sounds mad, have a home waxing kit and it comes straight off after a couple of deep breaths, I use the tweezers to get the hardcore ones that attempt to stay but nothing like getting a job done yourself!!
My first attempt was done with a shot of vodka to settle the nerves and add a touch of Dutch courage.. how ever now I'm out of vodka, used to the process I just take a deep breath, relax and .............YOWZERS!!!!! breath breath breath.................next! LOL

^ What Jackee said! I'd prefer wax just because of how convenient & long lasting it would be... but I doubt I'm EVER going to try it! lol

I seriously wish I had the patience for waxing... I always shave before it gets to the point where I can have it waxed!

I shaved for a long time, then wasn't successful at finding a waxing salon so I bit the bullet and went for it!! It does come with pain and tenderness but when I'm hair/stubble free for weeks it's bliss!! Waxing all the way!!

To be honest i don't do anything..... :P as my body hairs are way too thin and i don't feel like shaving or waxing them cause they are almost unnoticeable. Moreover if I wax or shave or use hair removing creams.....my skin is under attack of rashes :( and some areas of my skin seem to scratched with a bit blood. so I don't tend to remove my body hair anyway except for some private areas :P

I am such a fan of waxing!!! Less hair comes back each time therefore less pain each time! Love it! And for the girls that are nervous to be bottomless in fornt of their waxer, you can take it from me.. a girl that has waxed many ladies ( and men hehe) we are so concentrated on the direction of the hair growth and trying to be as fast as possible we don't really pay attention to the body part :)
I vote wax!

i love the results of waxing, but it takes too long to wax my legs and i'm too lazy... hahaha. luckily, when i shave my legs and such it lasts a long time. i only have to shave like once per week. but my under arms on the other hand are a pain, they grow so fast! it's terrible lol

i shave, but I waxed all this summer and it's just the best thing ever. 1 minute of pain for 6 to 8 weeks of feeling clean? i think yes.

Yeah you totally have to drop any self-consciousness at the door if you go for a bikini wax; the lady I go to has been seeing what I've got down under for over 10 years, so there's no weirdness. Have to remember though, the people who do your waxing are professionals - they're used to it. Kind of like going to the gyne, it's no big whoop.

I can't really do wax. I had my legs waxed and I was in pain for over a week. I think I even lost a little skin. Even waxing my eyebrows gives me problems. I have to shave my body hair. I thread my eyebrows though. Amazing results, great control on the shape, and I only get redness for about an hour.

I wax! I've waxed since I was 11 :) and the hair is considerable very less now. Also, my skin is SOOOOO soft! And using creams can darken skin and thicken hair. Shaving also irritates and thickens haorZ.
