Sinful Colors Polish

I've had the color Rise and Shine for quite a while but had never gotten around to using it. I swatched it tonight to see if I'd like it with a black or white crackle over it and it looked great. When I applied it though It dried matte on my nails. It still looks really cool, I love a matte finish. I'm just wondering if I got a bum bottle. All the swatches I've seen online are glossy and sparkly. Has anyone else had this happen?

Ohh yes, my best friend and I LOVE the sinful colors line. Dont worry, you didnt get a bum bottle. They are all like that. The good thing about them is though, that they are very versitile.. You can wear them matte, or really glossy. Just put a top coat or a clear polish on top of the sinful colors polish, it holds them really well!

It's probably the formula of that particular color. Most of the polishes from Sinful will either dry matte or semi-glossy depending on if it's a glitter, matte or shimmer.

Thanks everyone. I own quite a few of their polishes but that is the only one that completely just mattes out as it dries. Which I think is funny since in the swatch I did it dried shiny and sparkly. I like it regardless, I was just curious.
