hmm i hope so. i'm thinking no though only because i had a small piece of paper with the barcode on it and it didnt come in a box at all so theres nothing to check.

@Hannah I don't know what the policies are now. I know when I depotted my shadows a couple years ago, I took all the pots back to a MAC store without the tin and they told me they would let me do it that way just once, but the policy is that the tin has to be inside the pot. From what I hear, it all depends on where you go and how lenient the staff is.
You can always purchase empty tins and put them into the pot....just a thought.

I've had no problem B2M depotted eyeshadows. Every store/counter is different though.

Yea it depends on where you go because I depoted over the past 2wks 36 eyeshadow containers and I kept the whole inside but recycled the outer part because some were barely used.

I've B2M depotted eyeshadows without the pot inside. All the Mac counters I've gone to have taken them back, so I've never heard some Macs do not! I guess it depends on the staff/policy at that store.
