In my opinion for drugstore brand I would have to say Maybelline and high end brand I would have to say Urban Decay, MUFE, MAC and Too Faced

For cheaper stuff I love my bh cosmetics palette but for more upper end I adore my kat Von d stuff...I love the colours and packaging of her stuff

Higher end-MAC, Urban Decay and Makeup Forever have great pigmented shadows. Drugstore- Maybelline and loreal hip are the best ones I have found

Urban Decay and MAC are probably my favorite. For cream eyeshadows I like to use the Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadows.

I like MAC but inglot so far is the one for me : ) Urban Decay shadows are great also just need more color options.
