what are you looking to sell? Most companies have wholesale pricing if you're going to carry their line. Unless you're looking to potentially have ever changing inventory and just 3rd party resell.

If you're looking to deal with the same vendor - let's say you want to be the go-to store for Penguin Original - you would reach out to Penguin and ask for a wholesale account and rep. They will assign you an account specialist who you will work with exclusively to purchase pieces from the collection at wholesale prices. The same would work with Votivo Candles.... they have a wholesale account rep.
Have you sent any feeler emails to companies asking what steps you need to take to sell their products? If you haven't but you know there are brands that you like, you can email them through their Contact Us page and say that you're in the beginning stages of starting a business and you're looking for wholesale information regarding selling their stuff and that anything they can provide you would be greatly appreciated. That is the only route I know from personal experience. xoxo

Not exactly - those store are Corporations where their branded stuff is only sold in their boutiques BUT they sell other 3rd party - in the past Claires has sold David & Goliath (a company out of st. pete florida). You can have a wholesale account with D&G for their tees and accessories but not Claires branded earrings. Does that make sense?
