Hey I'm new to beautylish & have already reviewed several of my favorite products! I am definitely interested in switching to an all natural organic beauty routine (including shampoo and conditioner alternatives). If anyone else is looking into this, or if you are already "clean" please let me know! My cousin is making the switch and wants me to join in but I need yall's fabulous advice first. :) Thanks guys!

I'm trying to go more natural with my beauty products too! So far I've tried Burt's Bees Super Shiny shampoo and conditioner. It works really good! I've also been using homemade deep conditioners instead of store bought ones lately.

Thanks Angela! And Rose- I'll definitely look into that. What my cousin is doing is inspired by nomoredirtylooks.com and she is using things like grapeseed oil, honey, and baking soda for shampoos and soaps and everything! It will be a difficult switch to make.

Since Burt Bee's was bought out a few years ago, their products just haven't been the same! Just be sure whatever "natural" brand you go with is COMPLETELY transparent and lists each and every ingredient on their site to be sure that they aren't just using the word natural and don't REALLY mean it! Here's a GREAT place to shop that is COMPLETELY safe, nontoxic, organic and have GLAM products that actually work and compare to conventional pigments and a huge variety of other haute items (with Shampoos & Conditioners soon to come)! http://www.EVOKEElegance.com Congrats on going au natural, girl!
