I know that the Elf beauty books give you step by step instructions on appyling the makeup provided in their books. I have also seen a few at Barnes & Noble. I think Bobbi Brown has makeup book as well. I hope this helps!

Any book by Kevyn Aucoin, Bobbi brown, and Eve Pearl. Everyone works differently and it is good to get all aspects and views of different artist. You can learn something from all of them : )

I just got the Jemma Kid one two days ago at Borders, I looked through all the ones they had and I really like this one, its pretty informative, it has a few makeup looks in there. I want to check out some more makeup books soon though, as I think that it's good to get all different points of views from different artists!
