Do you guys think I have bad brows?or too dark brows?

I was featured on MUG for my Weekly Challenge Flower Inspired look recently and the girls who commented kept saying they didn't like my brows. I was just wondering if they are too dark, that way I can fix em haha.

They said it subtracted from the makeup and I don't want that. Maybe I am reading to much into it but would still love your help! :)

I personally like them, I think you should do what you like. But you could go maybe a shade or two lighter when filling them in and it wouldn't look as harsh. :)

I went through your photo gallery here on Beautylish and the only points of constructive criticism I can come up with are:

1. The lower border (looks like it's drawn in with pencil?) could be blended a bit more.

2. One of the brows looks like the inner edge is a lot darker/more defined & rounder than the other.

Those two points aside, I think your brows are fine. Experiment with slight variations like elongating the tail or softening the inner corners on one brow and do your usual on the other. See what you like best. Brows are probably one of the easiest aspects to fall into a rut with and a subtle shift can really make a difference.

Now, after saying all of that; they're your brows. If you're comfortable with them, that's all that matters. :]

I think they look fine! I'm actually pretty envious of them, haha. You can't please everybody so as long as you like them that should be all that matters! It's not like they have to go out and shape/fill in their brows exactly like yours so I don't know why they're complaining. Usually people will nitpick other peoples physic features when they are either jealous or insecure.

i'm jealous of your eyebrows haha! everyone teases me about mine because of the arch even if its natural, i just have plucked them thinner and i guess the arch stands out more.but yours look fine to me, maybe lighten up a little bit if youre not going for super dramatic, but if thats what you want then you're great!

I personally love your brows and am envious! I have to completely create mine with powder and brow wax lol. I say if you do anything...maybe try out some brow powder or matte eyeshadow to fill them in.

i like them. i think your strong brows enhance the make up :) i have blonde hair so mine are kind of light and when i fill them in, it changes my entire face. i much prefer it :)

i personally like the bold brow look - i think its a personal preference- if thats the look your going for, then please dont get rid of them! (maybe they were jealous they werent featured) I like the brows and as long as you do, so rock em girl!

I LOVE your eye brows. I'm obsessed with the thick, dark brows & that can actually pull them off. I'd take full sexy brows over thin sparse brows ANY DAY. I've actually been in the process of re-growing my brows so they'd be thicker. LOVE them. :D

I like them! But when you have a lot of eye makeup on, I kind of looks like too much, If you know what I'm saying. I would tone them down just a bit, especially if I were wearing bright or dramatic shadow :) but on their own, they look really good and I like them. I hope I don't sound like a jerk for that, haha, You're really pretty, BTW :)

^ I LOVE the way thick eye brows look with a dramatic eye look. I do that on purpose all of the time - It brings so much attention to the eye area & looks great!
