Raizin is a great dusty rose color for darker complextions. I also use MAC's MSF in Sunpower as a blush. It gives a really nice natural flush on the cheeks.

I used Pink Swoon on a girl with darker skin on a shoot a few weeks ago and it looked AMAZING!
