Im planning on getting Ombre Hair in a couple of weeks. My hair is a dark dark brown, basically black, colour. If you have ombre hair what are some tips or suggestions you could give me?

There is a girl on one of my soaps who has dark ombre hair. Her name is Jacqueline MacInnes Wood. This is the best picture that could find (im in a rush... about to run out of the house). If I had dark hair, I would totally do this. If you want better pictures then try to google her name and see if you can find anything. Good luck!!!

No problem... if you do it, take pictures and post them on here. I have been wanting to do ombre hair for almost 1 year... but everyone I ask says that it looks like the person got lazy coloring their hair. I think it looks better on dark hair then blonde hair. Good luck!

Thank you I definitely will. I will hopefully be getting it done next week so I have time to change it before school starts if something goes wrong! So pictures should be up in a couple of weeks.
Honestly, that's what I though at first but the more I looked into it the more I liked it. Im always experimenting and doing new stuff to my hair and I couldnt pass on this. Hopefully my dark hair fades properly and looks ok after its done.

Oh and what do you think of this look on Ashlee Simpson. I rather like this one as well

Thanks. That was my initial inspiration, but it's nice to have more than one inspiration so I can look at the differences.
