Try using nose strips. Like the ones Biore makes. Or before you go to bed every night pinch your nose and sometimes some dirt will come out (my friend taught me that). Or maybe exfoliate often on your nose?

Blackheads are the result of dirt, dead skin and other stuff getting into your pores. What you really need to do is have a facial and steam open the pores then use a Biore strip to remove the blackheads then wash your face again then follow it with some kind of facial mask that will help tighten pores. Let that sit on your face the recommended time then remove and use a toner. Do that at least once a week to help reduce blackheads. Unfortunately there is absolutely NOTHING you can do to change your pore sizes on a permanent basis so if you want a clean nose you'll need to clean it daily and use some type of toner on your nose (ONLY) to dry it out from the oils that also contribute to blackheads.

Just to add....be careful squeezing your nose, you don't want to break the capillaries and cause redness! That's a whole OTHER mess of problems to worry about later on ;) I recommend what Yasmin has said...I actually JUST uploaded a steaming video because it was that time in the week for me haha :)

Another trick they say to sorta tighten your pores, is after everything Yasmin mentioned, splash your face with cold water. It should tighten your pores immediately, then follow up with a mask (couple of times a week) and toner (daily).

Jane: Okay thank you! :) Is there any specific type of mask that you recommend? I am planning on trying this peel off mask that a friend recommended for me, any other suggestions? :) Again, thank you soo much! Xoxox Sarah!

A mask I use is Queen Helene Mint Julep. But I switch it up with Formula 10.0.6 Mud Mask (the orange) one.
I got the Queen Helene from Sally's, and the Formula 10.0.6 -- I won as a prize. Unfortunately, living in Hawaii, I'm not too sure where to get Formula 10.0.6 products. But I know stores like Ulta (none in Hawaii) sells them. =)

I have the same problem as you! And I figured it out! Okay so you need to have toothpaste, a minty one, like a Colgate, the toothpaste will first kill the bacteria on top of the black head, then you need salt, the salt will mix with the free bacteria and kill them, 1.) you mix the toothpaste and the salt, for at least one minute with a toothpick
2.) put the mixture on your black heads
3.) massage the mixture on your blackhead area for 1-2 minutes with your fingers
Then your all done! Just rinse off and wipe!

Apply mint toothpaste on the blackhead area for 30 seconds and rinse off with lukewarm water. That would be enough to do the trick!
You can also purchase The Face Shop Tea Tree Blackhead Exfoliate! Helps very well.
Hope this helps! xo, Carabelle
