I have been trying get my little small hands on this new limited edition Milani paint wheel eyeshadow. I live in Anaheim, Ca. and I have had no luck finding it. I might just have to order online which I don't like. I love the experience of going in and buying it myself. If anybody In Orange County maybe has bought one and found it let me know.
