I'm going overseas for a bit and I'm going to be taking my foundations with me in bulk (there will not be an abundance of supplies for the super-fair skinned) should I take liquid, cream, or mineral? It's tropical, and my skin is combination and sensitive....

A mineral & a liquid sounds best. Especially one that claims is long lasting - I'm amusing you're going to be out a lot & you don't want touch-ups to be one of your main concerns. Plus, long lasting foundations tend to work better in all climates, temperatures, etc so you'll have a higher chance of looking great the whole trip. :)

I would suggest a matte liquid foundation - and find one that sets well. Powders rub off easy, and you can't stop yourself from sweating... odds are, you can easily brush off your makeup with an accidental wipe of the hand. =)
