But I was wondering....where can you buy MAC? I've heard there are actual MAC stores, but are there department stores that sell MAC? I feel soooo silly for asking this question. I appreciate your responses :)

No question is silly! There are actual MAC stand alone stores, but there are also MAC cosmetic counters in certain department store chains (like Dillard's). Are you in Houston by chance? There's a MAC store in the Galleria if you are :)

Don't feel silly! We all had to find out for ourselves at one point in time! =)

MAC counters can be found in Nordstroms, and Macy's that I know of. I've also heard some out of country Sephora stores carry them [France]. Hope that helps!

You can find both stand alone stores and department stores with a MAC counter there! :D

I also know how you feel with the MAC confusion... Where I live, there isn't a MAC counter in Macy's so I was soooooo confused when I first started looking...
