@Crystal - it's not just about postage it's also the custom reports that must be filed. I sent a package up to Canada and had to fill out an export sheet because Canada wants their taxes and import fees. Same with other countries.

@Yasmin K. -Some countries do that yes, but as far as i am aware Australia doesn't do that. On a side note, even though there has been a lot of problems, i am surprised that no one is selling on ebay as i would expect there to be a good profit. Unless of course it is against the user agreement.

@Crystal B. - there is indeed a custom form from the US to Australia. It's PS Form 2976, Customs - CN 22 - Sender's Declaration. http://about.usps.com/forms/ps2976.pdf - it's not a big deal to fill and send but for a company it would be a pain. I think if they use UPS then UPS would take care of the paperwork but there would be paperwork involved regardless. Whether or not the country has any import fees or duties or taxes that is up to the individual country. I know when I import from Japan there are no fees, taxes or duties.

Sorry, taxes and fees is what i was actually referring to rather than customs forms. Australia does have Beauty Box and LustHaveIt which are of a similar concept, although it appears their boxes contain no full size products which is a shame considering they are $14.95 and there is no pay by month option.
