How long does it take for them to 'process'? This is my first time buying from Sephora online, so I'm not familiar. Is it wrong of me to expect them to ship the day after an order is placed? I thought that's pretty standard in the US these days.
I paid $16.95 for next day shipping, but that becomes pointless if it takes them days to process the order. I placed an order last night (Wednesday), hoping it'll arrive by Saturday, because I'm leaving the country on Sunday. Do you think I will get my package before then?

It depends on what time you order. Typically if you order by 3 PM Eastern they get it out the same day if you paid for express shipping (as you did). If you ordered it late they won't process it until the next day and ship it out that day. You should get it tomorrow.

@Yasmin Thanks girl for responding! I'm crossing my fingers that what you said is correct, because the customer rep says otherwise :(!
I just called them (like I could have done to begin with XD). They told me that no matter when I ordered it yesterday, it wouldn't finish processing until tomorrow (Friday). And UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Guess this package will be waiting on my front steps for 41 days... I'll have to ask a neighbor to pick it up and hope no one steals it before they do!
I even paid an extra $16.95 thinking I could get it on time :( I feel so sorry for my wallet right now for the unnecessary abuse XDD

If that's true then you paid express shipping for nothing. All the companies I've ever ordered from - when it comes to priority mail - ships it out same day or the day after an order is placed because it's PRIORITY. I would contact Sephora and let them know if it's not shipped TODAY then to cancel the order otherwise you'll contact your bank and place a dispute because priority is priority.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Wednesday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
And you know what... I was wrong about getting it tomorrow. I was thinking Next Day Air not Priority. Priority is 3 to 5 business days which means earliest you would get it if was sent out today is Monday.

I did pay Next Day Air D: Not Priority.
But as far as calling them I don't think I can. On that page you linked me, it looks like it specifically said processing time is 1-2 days. So technically it's been a day, and tomorrow is the second day. I can't fault them for that.
I have resolved that I will just buy even cuter brushes in Japan (and I'm sure I will find lots!).

Okay! So it turned out it did get shipped! It just wasn't updated on the website!!! YAAAY. The only problem is no one is going to be home today... Last time UPS guy signed for me and left it on my door, I know that's not allowed, but I do hope he does it again.
I now have a positive online experience with Sephora (which means I'll be dropping more moolah on the site now XD).

Yay! If you're still home stick a note on the door for him/her to let him/her know to leave the package tucked in the corner somewhere.
