How I do it is I wet the brush first. That's the only way that works for me. The water helps the brush cling to the eyeshadow. :) And loose pigments are typically more pigmented (hence the name) than normal eyeshadows. So if you don't like vibrant colors and pain-in-the-ass application, you shouldn't buy it again. I would never spend that much money on a product I was using for the first time!! O.O lol

You can use Mac Fix+ to get the eyeshadow brush wet or visine it helps with eyeshadow fall out.

@Brittany- I hope this post helps you too then! :)
@Amanda- i bought it on sale for $2 lol I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was going to be such a mess haha....This is the first time I ever buy loose pigment and I really do like dark more pigmented colors so I am glad to learn I can use it with a wet brush..I am thinking maybe an angled brush? Or what would you suggest? Also, I have my own set of brushes but the one it comes with just seems impossible to use since it already has so much product on it- what do you think?
@Simera- thanks for the tips! Ill try it out!!

Well, it depends on what you're going to use it for. An angled brush for like, eyebrows or eyeliner, yeah. But if it's for your eyelid, then I woule use a standard packing brush. :) That always gets the job done for me. I never really use the brushes that come with the product, they never really seem to be good quality. But I don't know why you're having that problem with UD!!! Well, just use what brush you feel would work best. I never use brushes for what they're supposed to do-I use them for what they work for. :P Hope I helped? ^.^

I have a bunch of them I got off hautelook a while back I just tap them out on a tissue or piece of paper and use my brush to pick them up. I don't apply wet tho.
The little brush it comes with is far too messy to apply it with so I just use it to help me get the product out of the bottle.
