I am in need of an eyeliner that I can go swimming in and have it stay. Price isn't an issue, but the cheaper the better. The only real limitation to brand is I don't have time for it to ship, so I have to be able to buy it at the mall (so basically, Macy's). So far I'm looking at Clarins Waterproof Pencil and Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner. Also, good long-lasting foundations/tinted moisturizers to try out would rock.
EDIT: CVS brands are ok for the eyeliner, too. But the foundation I would like to stick to higher end products.

If theres an Ulta or Sephora near you, Stila do an amazing one, the all day liquid waterproof liner pen. It's amaaazing.

No Sephora, sadly. Seems like all the products I want are only sold there. Worst part: I was there, like, 2 weeks ago. Surprise trip. Had no idea what to buy so I got a bunch of random stuff, most of which didn't end up well. :(

Mac liquidlast liners are heavy duty. Their almost impossible to take off.

I tested several at Sephora and settled with Too Faced in brown (the Urban Decay 24/7 has a better black though). Both totally stay put, can't go wrong with either.

I ended up with MAC Liquidlast because the girls swore up and down I could swim with it on. So far I've had it on my water line for about 7 hours and it's still there. :)

Urban Decays 24/7 Liquis eyeliner is great! Does not budge one bit.
