I want a new liquid liner, i like to do the winged drastic black liners. Anyone know of an inexpensive GOOD liner thats good for the top of the lid?

Physician's Formula's eye lash boosting liquid liner pen! I hate liquid liners, but this one can almost turn my gel liner love for liquid easily since its so handy on the go! It's really opaque, and the brush is stiff enough to apply easily, but soft enough for your delicate eye area. I still need more time before judging whether or not it grows lashes, but I'm loving it lots so far!

Wet n Wild MegaLast Liner not the H20 one. It's long lasting, black, and comes with a thin brush so you can easily make a precise line and wing. It is my holy grail liquid liner. Also it is only $3.

I like maybelline line stiletto liquid liner. It's one of my favorites and it's inexpensive. Also if you like gel liner, then maybelline eye studio Lastig drama gel liner is really good too and it's very easy to do the winged eyeliner look with as well. It goes on really smooth and it last longer for me than a liquid liner. It stays on lower water line as well.

I agree with Soma. The Physicians formula 2 in 1 is my go to for liquid liner.

Ive heard a lot of great things about the formula 2 i need to get it! Ashley M i wanted to try the stiletto i was in the store the other day and i was gonna get it and didnt, but now i think it will! Thank you ladies so much! Its hard to get a nice thin line, i usually get it but takes me longer if i have a crappy liner lol
