Can a MAC palette be made at a MAC counter at a Macy's department store or only at a MAC store? I know also you can create you on their website but I'd like to do it in person.

every MAC counter that I went to said I needed to go to a freestanding location to get a palette.

I don't remember seeing the palette's at the Mac counters or the single eyeshadows at the counter stores. I do know they have them at the actually Mac store and online at Macys and Nordstorms.

Counters are limited in space, so I assume that's why they don't carry any pro pans or palettes...
I love them though! It's always so much fun when I bring home new shadows and I get to reorganize my palettes!

@Nichole H....I'll have to check out the MUFE palette cause a MAC palette at $188.50 certainly won't feel too good on my wallet.
I'm I the only one that feels that, that price for 15 eye shadows is a little....much?

That's weird. In the UK, we get palettes and pans available at department store counters.
