Just wanted to know what you guys think of NARS Miss Liberty!

I'm confused as to what to use it for, honestly. I bought it about four weeks ago thinking I could use it as a highlighter but found it too glittery. Now I try to incorporate it into different eye looks but find the glitter fall out awful... I unfortunately feel it is a miss for me :( I finally found one product from NARS that I'm not in love with...
