MUFE HD has a slight satin/Dewey finish, but you can powder it to matte it down. I use that in my photos, and there's no SPF to strobe during flash photography.

As long as the foundation has less than SPF15, you can still wear it and avoid the ghostface. I use the MAC Matchmaster foundation which looks good in photographs, but try swatching any foundation on your hand and taking a photo with a flash camera to check. Light-reflecting particles are as bad as SPF.
