I have the one from Barry M and it's really cool. The only thing is that you cant control how pigmented it turns, so if you're looking for something subtle, try before you buy. :)

It's pretty much the same concept as the Smashbox O Glow blush and gloss and Too Faced had some 'Mood' glosses a while back. I think it just works with the heat of your body not really your 'mood' and when it says 'works with your skin tone' it's just because the same pink color will look different on various skin tones of course.
