I was on the hunt for one of these a while ago too. I finally got a L'oreal Hip metallic eyeshadow duo in Platinum. The silver is extremely pigmented and the texture is great.

Sugar Pill's Tiara is a bit more glittery thank Silver Sleet but Wet n Wild's Blue Had Me At Hello Palette has a lovely and pigmented similar silver color in there. :)

I haven't tried that many silver colours, but the cheap alternative that works great is the quad from ELF in drama I believe is called, normally I don't like eld but it is really nice that quad, hope that helps.

The best Silver I have is the Silver from the HIP duo in Platinum like Gracey recommended. It works great and is super smooth, and the HIP duo's go on sale constantly.

i absolutely love inglots silver! very pigmented its the amc shine #36 it has replaced macs electra in my heart lol
