Anyone have tips or tricks to keep breakouts at bay due to monthly hormone changes? Normally I can keep my skin pretty clear but when it gets close to "that time" my skin goes crazy.

Hi Nikki, i know your gona think this is crazy but i cut lemon and massage it on to my face and the next day the redness has gone also the spots never come back. when you scrub the piece of lemon over your skin it will tighter and may sting abit but its normal. try it, it may work for you too x
