MAC Supersleek eyeliners are great. They come in tons of colors, dry fast, and don't budge!

Here's a nifty trick that I swear by, once you've applied your eyeliner (pencil, gel..etc. It doesn't matter!), go over it with the same colour eyeshadow. It'll help seal the eyeliner in place and will less likely migrate. Hope this helps. :)

If you don't mind treating yourself, MUFE Aqua liners dont budge! They come in a variety of colors, but can be a challenge to remove!

Prime your eyes! Try the UD 24/7 Liners--those are amazing. I use L'Oreal's Gel liner and that rarely budges on me.

@Julie- you can only get mac at mac stores, or online at maccosmetics.com... i dont trust any other website that claims to sell real mac products, they could be fakes. so if you do want to purchase one get at the mac website... and where do you live?? i go to school in oneonta, ny.. and walmart is the only store there as well haha

I am not a person to spend very much money on makeup, even though I love it. My FAVORITE gel liners would be the Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Liner, they are very pigmented and come with 3 different colors for around $10. You should be able to find them in Walmart. Plus they have 4 different sets all with different colors for you to choose from! I did a review of them on my blog: http://royalbeautymakeup.blogspot.com/2011/12/physicians-formula-shimmer-strips.html
You can also check them out on their website:

Hope this is helpful!!:)xoxo

Priming your eye with an eyeshadow primer will help with keeping eyeliner on longer. You can also try to really push the eyeliner in more...if you sort of take the tip of the pencil and very gently push it into where your lashes meet your eyelid, I find that it really helps prevent smudging, looks like you're wearing less and makes your lashline look a heck of a lot thicker! Try it!
