I know that liners have been a trendy topic on here lately, so i thought i'd join the bandwagon :p
do any of you know of some good felt tipped liners? I know ELF has a pretty darn good one, but it flakes on me after a couple of hours :c

I'm a big felt tip liner fan. I actually have a slew of drugstore felt tips that I need to put up reviews for on my blog.
Some of my favorites have been by almay, palladio (i know its not drugstore but you can get it at sally's), covergirl, and revlon.
Ones I haven't liked were by e.l.f., physicians formula, and l'oreal.

Physician's Formula has one that is a brush tip, and it is my absolute favorite. I use it every single day!
MAC has the Penultimate, it was alright, but I still prefer the PF one!

Physician's Formula has been giving me great practice for when I step up to the brush in a glittery deep purple. I love PF followed by Stila when it comes to felt tips.

The best felt tip liner I've used thus far is Stila's, although it's on the more pricier side out of the ones suggested here so far :x it never smudges, I believe it's waterproof and the precision I get with it is perfect.

Maybelline Line Stilleto is my favorite liquid eyeliner. It's cheap and doesn't dry and crack up on me. I like it better than some of the high end ones!

I have to chime in with Physician's Formula! Their brush tip is so easy to use, and the formula is pigmented and sets fast! Easiest liquid liner I've ever used! The 2-1 lash boosting formula is awesome! Not sure if it grows lashes, but I love it to pieces!

I know Kat Von D's Tattoo Eyeliner isn't felt, but I really liked that one and it's similar to the Stila liner although I like the formula much better.

My favorite felt tip liner is the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. The tip doesn't shed and it's really easy to use since it's the size of a regular pen. I just used up the entire liner and it lasted me for months of continuous use.
One felt tip liner I hated was the MAC Penultimate Eye Liner. After a week the tip started shedding and leaving felt on my eyelids, and after two weeks the color wasn't as strong anymore (it was more gray than black). I had to return it because it was so terrible.

I love the Stila, MAC, & MUFE ones-they're all basically the same, just different color selections. Oh, & Laura Mercier has some too. I also second the L'oreal Lineur Intense in Carbon Black. Also in Black Mica for a less intense black. The newish Urban Decay liquid liners aren't felt tipped, but I also lurve those!

@Erica I used to like them, but I'm not a fan of how they flake off when you remove it. It's the only thing that turns me off because I love their staying power.

I am currently using L'oreal's Lineur Intense Felt Tip Eyeliner in Carbon black. I like how the tip bends, versus stiff tips that come with other liquid liners.
