I have tried almost every eyeliner but when I put my eyeliner on my bottom lid (waterline) it always runs! I have used waterproof, pencil liner, liquid eyeliner. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try setting the eyeliner with a little eyeshadow in the same color. It may help it stay put a little better:)

I like Milani's kind of glittery black eyeliner. it stays on for me all day ( :

Milani's Liquif'Eye eyeliners are amazing! I use the black one everyday

Thank you for your suggestions! I think I will try that Milani's liquid eyeliner I have already tried setting it with eye shadow
