So, I burned my forehead with my flatiron because I was in a hurry. And today in the morning as I washed my face I compleletly forgot and passed the dry towel over my forehead...Ouch! I ripped the scab off from the burn. I need to be able to wear my makeup this weekend for my special events. What do you ladies recommend I wear on it or do not wear on it? Help?

I thinks it's not good idea to wear make up on this area but you can cover the burned place with hippie headbang for exapmle :)

Yeah I my have to do that but... or but makeup everywhere else and cover that part with my bangs because its not healing quick enough

I once waxed my brows, and my skin "peeled" off in the process. It looked like that, but in my eye area. I wanted to cover it, but the lady who waxed my brows suggested I don't put anything on that area until it scabs and the scabs come off. It took about a week...
Yeah I suggest you hide it with your bangs, and hopefully it should scab soon and it will heal nicely.

They peeled your skin on your eyebrow...Ouch!
Yeah I was told to put liquid Vitamin E instead of Neosporin. Hopefully that helps heal it faster.

I wouldn't put makeup on broken skin. It's not worth it to increase chances of infection, which could leave you with a scar.
My first thought was; cover with bangs.. so long as they're not product heavy. Or the headband/scarf is a good idea, because then you could actually dress the wound before covering it.
I hope it heals up quick. :]

Thanks Tamara! Yeah I haven't been using any makeup on it so far. And right now I'm looking into the headband/bang situation for this weekend because I two events :/

I agree that you shouldn't put any makeup on the broken skin, but when it heals (completely!) depending on how dark it is, I would definitely recommend Hard Candy's Glamoflauge concealer to cover it up. It's very heavy duty and it actually says on the label that it can be used to cover up tattoos!

Yeah I'm going to have to make a trip to Walmart for the Hard Candy Camouflage because none of my concealers seem to hide it and even my heavy duty MAC foundations can't hide it either. I can currently hide it under my bangs but once they grow out and I part them to the side the ugly scar can be seen :/

try a loose pouder mineral foundation. It wount irritate the wound and it will help cover it up and the minerals will actually help it dry and scab up faster so it will heal.
