Hey! I did one yesterday! I added 2 tablespoon of sugar. Then I would add honey little by little with constant mixing that way I can get the right consistency. I added like a drop of olive oil. The olive oil isn't really necessary. Then I tried it and it was great it tasted great but its not something I would eat simply because wouldn't you be eating your dead skin cells from your lips? o_0 But, yes It worked great! I hope I helped!

Actually, I think you should put olive oil in the scrub if you are going for the home remedy route because the olive oil moisturizes your lips and it doesn't clog your pores.

You can also try to put a little bit of vaseline and mix it with some sugar and it works really well as a scrub.

This may sound weird, but I use vaseline and a soft tooth brush to remove the dead skin of my dry lips.

I just use a little bit of brown sugar and then lick it off! It may seem kind of gross, but try it because it really works! Plus, who doesn't like the taste of brown sugar?! :)

I use a mix of extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar and lemon juice. I keep the mixture relatively 'dry'.. I use a lot more sugar than the other two, so that it doesn't just slide off.
Just be mindful of broken skin, otherwise the acid from the lemon will burn. >_>

Ari, I always brush my lips after I brush my teeth at night, haha.
These all sound too tasty to put that close to my mouth without eating...

And be sure to stick it in the fridge....you don't want ants saying hello to you in the morning.
