Which is better? I have sensitive, sometimes oily skin, but I don't mind blotting/powdering once daily. I've always used foundation.. but I feel so fake looking wearing it every day. maybe I'll just save it for night time occasions.

As much as I love Benefit, their face makeup in terms of foundations/concealers/tinted moisturizers do not have the best range of shades. So, unless you happen to perfectly match one of their 2 options, I would advise against the You Rebel. I tried the Laura Mercier and I really liked it but I would try it out in stores first, the coverage is a bit more than I would've expected from a tinted moisturizer.

You Rebel only has two shades, so unless you fit those two shades, you're pretty much out of luck. Laura Mercier's shades aren't that wide either, I think there's only 6, but if you're fair - medium skin toned, one of the shade ranges will probably fit you. I haven't tried You Rebel because it doesn't fit my skin tone, but I've tried Laura Mercier and I like it a lot. :) It's full coverage, but it lasts for a really long time, I've had it for like six months and I'm still not finished with it. I'd recommend Laura Mercier. It didn't make my skin oily, I didn't feel the need to blot or anything. Good luck! :)

My suggestion is to use Some kind of gorgeous from Benefit. As Ameila said Benefit really doesn't have many shades to choose from however some kind of gorgeous comes in 3 shades its oil free and is a sheer foundation that wont look or feel too heavy on your skin. Try it out at a Benefit counter and see what you think.
