How do you guys like to apply your loose glitter?
I love the too face glitter glue for really packing it on but I want to put some loose glitter over another eyeshadow without most of it falling all over my face =/ but I don't really want to full on pack it on witch is what the too faced glue sort of does.
suggestions?

Fyrinnaes pixie epoxy is great! I haven't used it for full on glitter but for any shadow that needs a bit of extra stick it works wonders!
