I was using Boots Anti-Blemish toner, it's pretty good. Recently I made my own though; it's basically super-light green tea, that's also nice and calming.

I really like the Nivea Visage young stay clear toner. It doesn't sting my skin like a lot of toners I've tried.

For oily-Acne prone skin Lush Tea Tree water toner, absolutely the best, it cleared out my skin and helps me stay matte. For normal to dry skin Origins Make a difference toner, my mom and sister swears by this and their skin could not look more perfect (lucky them).
