so my sis is in this pageant tonight and it's not one of those kids pageants (she's 18) but i have no clue whether to keep it casual or semi casual...i have a peach colored racer back top paired with a black biker jacket and black legging don't know whether to wear my black flats leopard flats or brown boots..HELP!!! makeup ideas would be nice to...
