ok so i need a new foundation one that provides full coverage. I currently use maybelline fit me, i find that even with a primer it doesnt cover well and doesnt last long at all. Any suggestions on a great foundation that wont make a dent in my pocket?

Have you tried the maybelline 16 hours foundation? I believe that's what it's called. I also find the revlon colorstay to be full coverage if you pat it into your skin instead of rubbing it in. I don't really have a lot to cover up on my face but I feel like those are full coverage to me.

revelon colourstay will last all day and provide full coverage for acne, scars, redness, and dull looking areas

I like Revlon Colorstay, Laura Mercier Smooth Creme Foundation and MAC's Face & Body

I've found that any anti-aging foundations are really full coverage! Even though you may not need anti-aging, it's never too early and it won't hurt, their also really nice on the skin =)

I absolutely love my Clarins everlasting foundation its a little pricey at $38 a bottle when I purchased it, but a little goes a very long way and after a year of daily usage i still have almost half a bottle left!

Are you looking for drugstore only, or are you interested in giving high-end a try? The best full coverage foundation I've tried (so far) is Estee Lauder's Double Wear Foundation. I have a review here on Beautylish.

Hi I only use full coverage and have tried EVERYTHING!, the best full coverage foundations are; Clinique Laser Repair, which gives a sheen to the skin; Laura Mercier foundation (the one in the glass pot) It is a little heavy but if you use it with a brush and really buff it into the skin it looks amazing and lastly, Armani lasting silk UV. All of these really are amazing.

Go with a cream foundation. They provide much more coverage than even a "full coverage" liquid foundation, and you can sheer them out if they're a bit too much. Examples: MAC Studio Tech, MAC Mineralize, Illamasqua Cream Foundation, and various theatrical brands have cream foundations (Ben Nye, Graftobian, Cinema Secrets, RCMA, Kryolan).

For the best full coverage foundation, try Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. Laura Mercier Creme Silk Foundation is great too! For a drugstore brand, Revlon ColorStay is awesome as well but it contains parabens.

Estee Lauder Double Wear! Seriously. It's the BEST I've ever tried. And I have oily skin, which is no love bug to any foundations except this one! I just bought my third bottle of it last night!
