help- Scraping eyeshadows onto a palette

I've never heard of that! As long as you clean the brushes, and spray the eyeshadows, all the bacterias should be dead?

I've not a clue though! Didn't find anything on google either.

I've heard of scraping eyeshadows being taught at schools before. If worse comes to worse, scraping the eyeshadow with a cotton swab does much less damage then using a palette knife.

I've never heard the do not don't double dip the same brush for different colours though...unless your trying to prevent colour contamination? 

Wow, that's silly! Sounds like she's using some old school techniques. There were definitely a few things my school taught me that I chose to forgo based on what I already knew.

Well I guess thats if you REALLY want to make sure its sanitary haha. It seems like such a waste of money if you do that
