Are you new to makeup? Do you have any specific concerns (e.g., hyperpigmentation, acne, that sort of thing)? Are there any particular colours you gravitate to?
It would also help immensely if you uploaded a picture of yourself; then we can help you more effectively.

@Shelly, Kishani may not be uploading a picture of herself because of security risks (that's on her profile page)...so I'm hoping we can all help her by using the info on her profile.
@Kishani, Shelly has some awesome questions for you...and I'm sure if you can give us all a little more information as to what you are looking forward, we can suggest some products. :-)

Sounds like me. I have combination skin. I'm also of medium complexion with gold undertones. I use a loose powder mineral foundation. I'm using Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals matte foundation in Golden Medium. For me, a little goes a long way (I'm almost out of foundation and bought the latest jar mid January of this year). I live in central Florida where it is almost always hot and humid. My foundation stays put and if I need extra coverage, it's easy for me to build layers without it feeling heavy or cakey.

I started using Revlon Colorstay foundaion on Monday... and everyday since then, I've gotten compliments on how good I look. I was looking for a nice drug store foundation, since being a mommy and all... I had to budget some where, and makeup was the place.
I live in Hawaii, where it's pretty hot, humid... summer... year round.
Since I hear Colorstay's Oily/Combination formula dries very quickly (work on one part of your face at a time... i.e. chin, right cheek, left cheek, forehead), I knew my method of application would be a damp sponge (I just buy those triangle sponges from the drug store and wet it). The finish is like "skin"! It really is like second skin; it isn't cakey, but since it's "ColorStay" it says put, even in tropical weather.
Since it's a drug store brand, it didn't hurt for me to try, and I'm glad I finally listened to that little voice in my head that has been telling me to try it for months.
