Best matte nude palette?

I'm trying to find a matte palette for my fair-complected male friend who wants some subtle eye shadow and highlighting w/o shimmer.

It seems like most nude palettes are shimmery or have a shimmer in them, which can always lead to shimmer getting into the mattes on accident.

As far as colors go, he needs a basic cream highlighter, a dark brown (for lining and brows) and a taupe for lids.

Any suggestions?

wet & wild vanity palette. its about $4 and has 6 shadows. 3 mattes & 3 shimmers.

Thanks Tiyah! I totally have the purpley/black version of this and it is surprisingly pigmented. I'm def going to take your advice!
