I love OCC lip tars and there are many ways you can create your own colors using them. They are super pigmented. I love to use them alone or with other lipsticks to amp up a color.
What are your likes and dislikes of Lip Tars?

I dont know how to use them properly. I get a white-ish ring around the inner part of lips. I guess I am putting on too much. I only tried it a few times and then just gave up.

I love lip tars so much!! Those are like my current obsession. I love how a little goes a long way and the staying power is awesome. My favorite ones are Anime and Queen. Major love right now. I haven't tried mixing them yet but that is something that I will be definitely be trying out real soon.

Yes I love lip tars! I made a few videos on the different color combinations you can make with them. My channel is on my page, if you want to check them out I don't feel like spamming you with it haha. Although I suppose I just did regardless..haha
Anyways on to the product
-I don't like how they are high maintenance in that you need a lip brush and you have to be very precise and you cant just reapply. I prefer the convince of a lipstick tube.
-I do like that you can make any color you want or will ever need
- I like the pigmentation
-I don't like that they can be drying at times
- I like the price
-I don't like how the color can separate and how the tube can leak at times

I absolutely love Lip Tars! They're perfect for when I have a client that wants to wear a bright colored lipstick and need it to last for a really long time. I also love how you can custom create your own lip shade, they're amazing!
I guess my only complaint is the packaging. Sometimes I squeeze out too much product which can be a bummer, but other than that, no complaints!

I am not a fan of the mint scent added to them. I am sensitive to mint/menthol and it eventually gives me cracks on the corners of my mouth if I wear it more than a day in a row. :(
But I do love the opacity and how easy it is to mix colours.

I love OCC Lip Tars! You definitely need a lip liner to keep the color from bleeding but that's okay with me. The colors are soooo pigmented and soooo smooth and easy to apply (on my lips anyway). I don't need a brush I just squeez a glob out and apply it straight from the tube. The pigment is CRAZY good and it lasts forever! Right now, I'm trying to mix up a dupe for MAC Candy Yum Yum (which is so HTF and costs an arm and a leg on Ebay). I'm thinking Anime + a bit of Pageant + a drop of Katricia. If it works out I'll do a video :)

I just got two of them at IMATS Sydney and am still learning how to wear them right. I find they dry up my lips, which is a real bummer.
Any way to keep that in check?

@Vivian try using a tiny little bit of lipbalm underneath, but make sure it's well massaged into your lips before you use the lip tars. :) or even a primer, I use UD's lip primer underneath sometimes.
My favourite colour is Vapid - a really light blue-toned lilac! I kind of like the asphyxiated look. :P

I only have one, and it doesn't stay on all day like the rest seem to on other people =[ I want to get more, and I will some day. I think this colour is just not right for me I guess. 'Divine' ... does anyone else have a problem with this colour not lasting?
Theres some amazing reds and pinks though, I crazy need to get them! And definitely need the blue.
Another tip though, to stop them from bleeding and feathering - a reverse lip liner. I recommend the ELF one "Lip Lock Pencil". You put it around the outside of your lips, its a MUST have for me when wearing any bright coloured lipstick! Its amazing.

I just got a bunch of different colors. I was disappointed by Hush, but I figure I'll blend in another color to create a more flattering color for my skin tone. I think it needs to be a little pinker. I also got Pretty Boy, Trollop, Stalker, and Harlot. Any suggestions for mixing would be lovely!
